锁阳抗衰老机制研究
Research on the Anti-aging Mechanism of Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)

Abstract
As a traditional Chinese medicine that tonifies the kidney and aphrodisiacs,Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)has a wide range of therapeutic uses,and is often used to treat kidney Yang deficiency,sperm and blood deficiency,intestinal dryness and constipation.Modern scientific research has shown that Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)is rich in polysaccharides,flavonoids and triterpenoids and other bioactive components,and there is a synergistic effect between these components,which can significantly improve the body's anti-aging ability.Specifically,Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)can delay the aging process by scavenging free radicals in the body,regulating mitochondria,activating telomerase,regulating inflammatory signaling pathways,and enhancing immune defense mechanisms.Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes that the kidney is the foundation of innateness,and the adequacy of kidney Yang is directly related to the vitality and health of the individual.By tonifying the kidney and benefiting the essence and blood,Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)can not only enhance the vitality and vitality of the body,but also improve digestive function,regulate intestinal flora,promote metabolism and maintain the stability of the body's internal environment by moistening the intestines and laxative.Together,these effects provide a solid theoretical foundation for the application of Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)in the field of anti-aging.This article aims to integrate the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and the results of modern scientific research,systematically summarize the biological activity and pharmacological effects of Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba),and deeply explore its internal mechanism of anti-aging.By analyzing the multiple effects of Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)in regulating immunity,antioxidant,protecting nerves,and activating telomerase,this article further reveals the potential application value of Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)in delaying aging,and provides new ideas and methods for future research on Suoyang(Cynomorii Herba)anti-aging.关键词
