摘要
Abstract
This study aims to advance the high-quality cooperation in artificial intelligence(AI)between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN).It reviews the actual situation of bilateral AI cooperation,analyzes the challenges encountered in the cooperation process,and proposes targeted recommendations for promoting such cooperation.The study finds that China and ASEAN have established a threefold foundation for cooperation based on public will,policies and the economy,and built a three-dimensional cooperation pattern featuring policy guidance,hardware support and factor coordination,achieving remarkable results in strategic layout,digital infrastructure construction and data cooperation.However,the two sides are also confronted with prominent challenges,including unbalanced development among ASEAN member states,the imbalance and structural mismatch between the supply and demand of AI talents,limited adaptability of technologies to local scenarios,and the interference of external geopolitical factors.Based on this analysis,this study proposes targeted suggestions from four dimensions:gradient resource allocation,two-way talent cultivation,scenario adaptation and ecological co-construction,and response to external risks,aiming to push the China-ASEAN AI cooperation to a higher quality and deeper level.关键词
