Abstract

8 crescent ribbed bifurcated pipes are arranged according to the geological conditions of the surround-ing rock in the urban and rural water supply tunnel diversion system to meet the functions of urban and rural water supply,irrigation,power generation of the LJY Reservoir Project.The paper the manufacturing and in-stallation technology control of the buried crescent rib bifurcated pipe at 0+159.43 m.The paper introduces the structural form and main features of the buried crescent ribbed bifurcated pipe in terms of manufacturing and installation,and further elaborates on the design of the buried crescent ribbed bifurcated pipe according to the actual situation.describes the preparation,cutting,winding,welding,pre-assembly and other manufacturing processes of the crescent ribbed bifurcated pipe and discusses the implementation of transportation,assembly,welding and quality inspection of bifurcated pipe in the chamber.Upon the completion of the bifurcated pipe's manufacturing and installation,vibration aging treatment and hydrostatic pressure testing were employed to assess the overall quality of the crescent-ribbed bifurcated pipe,and the effectiveness of these verification measures is analyzed herein.
