Abstract
Underground potash mining faces an extreme corrosive environment caused by high temperature,high humidity,and brine infiltration,which accelerates metal corrosion and leads to chemical degradation of electron-ic components,severely affecting equipment reliability and operational safety.This study analyzes the electro-chemical corrosion of metals and the degradation mechanisms of electronic components from a chemical per-spective,and quantitatively evaluates production losses and safety risks based on operational data,revealing the significant costs of corrosion.Accordingly,a comprehensive protection system integrating material protection,structural optimization,and environmental control is proposed.Field practice shows that this system effectively extends equipment service life and reduces unplanned downtime caused by corrosion by approximately 15%~20%,providing strong technical support for enhancing the economic efficiency and intrinsic safety of potash mining operations.关键词
