Abstract
In order to enable nylon 56 to have a broader application in clothing fabrics,the low-temperature pre-treatment performance of nylon 56/cotton blended fabrics was studied,and the performance indicators such as fabric white-ness,wool efficiency,breaking strength and desizing grade were compared.The results show that the nylon 56/cotton blend-ed fabric can undergo pretreatment at a low temperature of 60℃.The optimal process is as follows:hydrogen peroxide 15 g/L,NaOH 25 g/L,bleaching activator A 19.2 g/L,finely dispersed agent B 12 g/L,chelating stabilizer C 4.8 g/L,time 60 min.The whiteness of the fabric treated by the optimized process can reach 63.45,and the breaking strengths in the warp and weft directions are 512.20 and 369.00 N respectively.关键词
