Abstract
The intelligent transformation of the textile industry is driving the demand for higher forming accuracy and seamless effect in high-end knitted shoes.However,domestic equipment has problems such as visual control interfer-ence and leaving transition marks at the joints.This study is based on the Zhejiang Fengfan Numerical Control Machinery FF-D3 computerized knitting and horizontal knitting shoe upper machine,optimizing the dual needle track two-stage mesh control mechanism,developing a suitable seamless splicing process,and building a digital control system.After experimen-tal verification,the optimized mechanism has reduced the wear rate of the needle heel,made the needle operation more sta-ble,and eliminated transition marks through seamless replacement.The weaving efficiency under 36 inches has been im-proved,providing support for the upgrade of domestic high-end shoe upper equipment.关键词
