摘要
Abstract
To solve the disconnection between regulatory measures and growth cycle and poor coordination of photosynthetic physiological indicators in traditional moso bamboo cultivation,a field positioning experiment is carried out in combination with dynamic monitoring of physiological indicators, with 2-year-old vigorous moso bamboo in Wenquan town,Yuexi county,Anhui province.Five key growth stages are divided, including shoot bud differentiation stage, overwintering stage, spring shoot emergence stage, culm morphological growth stage and bamboo timber quality improvement stage.Three groups of field experiments for nitrogen gradient,water-fertilizer coupling and stand density are set up to systematically determine the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),respiration rate(Rn),transpiration rate(Tr)and indicators related to shoot and timber yield. The results show that the photosynthetic physiological indicators of moso bamboo forests present significant differences at different growth stages(P<0.05).The optimal photosynthetic-respiratory-transpiration coordination rate is achieved under the condition of 65%field water capacity, nitrogen application amount at 250 kg/ha and standing bamboo density at 200-250 plants/667 m2.Under this regulation pattern, the yield of winter shoots reaches 1 825 kg/ha,6.8 times higher than that of the control group under normal growth conditions;the yield of spring shoots is 4 260 kg/ha,increased by 2 times;the timber yield is 28.5 t/ha,up by 1.1 times;the diameter at breast height(DBH)of new bamboos is 9.6 cm,with an increase of 33.3%.The research results could provide a feasible technical scheme for the cultivation of fast-growing and high-yield moso bamboo forests.关键词
