Abstract
The circulating cooling water system plays an important role in copper smelting process,but it is often overlooked because it is not the main smelting process.There are problems such as pipeline corrosion,blockage,and insufficient cooling water pressure and flow caused by substandard water quality.There are also risks of water cooling component burnout and high-temperature melt explosion accidents when encountering water.This article starts with the corrosion and scaling mechanisms of circulating cooling water.Firstly,the water quality is adjusted to a qualified range,and then the water quantity is reasonably allocated through hydraulic calculation.Temperature,pressure,and flow detection equipment are installed,and the detection results are introduced into the DCS control system.Alarm parameters and interlocks are set for real-time monitoring,successfully solving the problem and achieving significant results.关键词
