2025年胆囊癌诊疗进展
Advances in the management of gallbladder cancer in 2025
摘要
Abstract
Gallbladder cancer(GBC)is characterized by insidious onset and rapid progression;most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage,and overall prognosis remains poor.In 2025,research on GBC and biliary tract cancer converged on a coherent trajectory spanning basic mechanisms,systemic therapy,and molecular stratification.In basic research,multi-omics atlases and molecular classification resources continued to expand,while spatial and single-cell technologies deepened understanding of tumor microenvironment evolution and invasion-related pathways.In clinical research,evidence supporting chemoimmunotherapy built on platinum-gemcitabine platforms was further consolidated,with increasing emphasis on durable benefit and patient-reported outcomes.In translational research,prognostic risk tools,plasma proteomics,and actionable target profiles provided additional support for stratified decision-making.This article summarizes key studies and guideline updates from 2025 and discusses their implications for stratified management and future study design in GBC.关键词
