摘要
Abstract
To improve the leaching rate of copper in conventional zinc hydrometallurgy,the thermodynamic and kinetic basis of copper leaching should be clarified,including the potential pH equilibrium model of copper zinc system,the activation energy and rate equation of acid leaching reaction,and the influence mechanism of temperature/concentration on leaching kinetics.During this period,it is necessary to strengthen the pretreatment process.Common techniques include temperature control of zinc sulfide concentrate roasting,optimization of grinding fineness and slurry concentration,and setting ultrasonic assisted leaching parameters.To further improve the copper leaching rate,it is necessary to synergistically optimize the leaching process parameters,including sulfuric acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio matching technology,oxidant(H2O2/Fe3+)addition strategy,and synergistic control of stirring intensity and leaching time.Taking the E project as an example,this study quantitatively analyzes the role of the entire process optimization system in improving copper leaching rate,providing an effective path for optimizing the copper leaching process in conventional zinc wet smelting.关键词
