Abstract
When large-capacity aluminum electrolysis cells operate under high current density conditions,their electric field,thermal field,material field and structural stress state exhibit significant coupling characteristics.The operating status is highly sensitive to minor disturbances,making traditional monitoring methods relying on a small number of parameters difficult to meet the requirements for state identification.Based on the operating characteristics of 400kA aluminum electrolysis cells,a monitoring index system for operating status consisting of multiple-dimensional indicators such as electrical,thermal,process and structural life is constructed.In engineering applications,this system can continuously depict changes in operating status,and the operating characteristics are clearly manifested in the multi-dimensional indicators,providing necessary reference information for operating status identification.关键词
