Abstract
Aluminum alloys are widely used in high-end manufacturing,and laser CMT composite welding to achieve precise process control will become a key technology for high-quality and efficient connections.The characteristics of the molten droplets directly determine the welding quality.Therefore,this study uses high-speed camera observation,parameter control experiments,and mechanical performance testing to explore the formation and transition laws of molten droplets in aluminum alloy laser CMT composite welding,identify typical transition modes,quantify the influence mechanism of key parameters,and verify core research hypotheses.The smooth progress of research can establish a correlation model between droplet characteristics and welding quality,and define the range of high-quality droplet characteristics,which is of great value for promoting the engineering application of this technology.关键词
