两种微刺激方案促排卵结局以及抑制黄体生成素峰效果的自身对照研究
A self-controlled study on the ovulation induction outcomes and the luteinizing hormone peak inhibition effects of two mild ovary stimulation

Abstract
Objective To compare the performance of two mild ovary stimulation(MOS)protocols in terms of ovulation induction outcomes and suppression of luteinizing hormone surges.Methods Ovulation induction was performed in the same cohort of patients using two different MOS protocols.The first ovulation induction cycle was conducted with the clomiphene citrate(CC)+human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG)protocol,which served as the control group.For the second ovulation induction cycle,the letrozole(LE)+HMG regimen was implemented,and when follicles reached a maximum diameter of 14 mm,CC(50 mg)was administered daily until the trigger day(denoted the LE+HMG+CC group).Results The numbers of retrieved eggs(3 vs 2,P=0.017),fertilized eggs(2 vs 1,P=0.033),and number of cleavages(2 vs 1,P=0.024)were significantly different between the control and LE+HMG+CC groups.The egg retrieval rate(68.10%vs 72.34%,P=0.396),proportion of metaphase Ⅱ eggs(80.70%vs 87.80%,P=0.348),proportion of excellent embryos on day 3(76.67%vs 87.50%,P=0.150),and proportion of usable eggs on day 3(55.05%vs 67.61%,P=0.093)showed an upward trend in the LE+HMG+CC group,although there was no statistical differences between the two groups.The proportion of multi-pronuclei zygotes showed a non-significant downward trend in the LE+HMG+CC group(9.6%vs 7.7%,P=0.652).Conclusion Both MOS regimens achieve similar clinical effectiveness,with good patient acceptance,and both effectively inhibit luteinizing hormone surges,these two protocols are worthy of promotion in clinical practice.关键词
