Abstract
Metallurgical dust and sludge is rich in heavy metal ions such as Pb,Cd,and Cr,as well as soluble salts.Without stabilization treatment,it is prone to causing soil and water pollution,so its treatment needs to balance environmental and economic benefits.Traditional stabilization technologies have problems including high chemical agent costs,large volume of solidified bodies,and high subsequent disposal costs.To address these pain points,measures such as chemical agent and material substitution(e.g.,replacing cement with industrial waste residues),process integration(e.g.,combining chemical pretreatment with physical solidification),resource recovery(e.g.,extracting valuable metals),and operation and management optimization(e.g.,automated monitoring)can be adopted.In the scenario of a medium-sized metallurgical enterprise with an annual treatment capacity of 100,000 tons of dust and sludge,these measures can reduce raw material costs by approximately 30%,decrease chemical agent dosage by about 20%,and offset part of the treatment cost by 15 RMB/ton through the recovery of valuable metals,thereby significantly improving the economy and feasibility of stabilization treatment.关键词
