国土空间健康指数构建与实证研究
Construction and evaluation of territorial spatial health index:a case study of Zhejiang Province

Abstract
Territorial space is the material carrier and core domain for implementing the"Healthy China"strategy and promoting high-quality development.Based on the connotation of health serving the comprehensive development demands of human beings,and correlating with the multidimensional attributes of territorial space,this paper defines territorial spatial health as a steady state of the territorial spatial system characterized by"safety and resilience,synergy and adaptability,efficiency and sustainability,equity and sharing,and compliance and good governance".By employing the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the CRITIC objective weighting method,an evaluation index was constructed,and an empirical measurement was conducted taking the county-level units of Zhejiang Province as the research object.The study finds that:(1)The level of territorial spatial health in Zhejiang Province exhibits significant geographical and north-south differentiation characteristics,generally showing that the northern Zhejiang plain area is superior to the southwestern Zhejiang mountainous area and the southeastern Zhejiang coastal hilly area;(2)There are structural differences in the health dimensions among different major function zones.The main agricultural producing areas emphasize compliance governance,efficiency and sustainability;the key ecological function zones highlight safety and resilience;while the urbanized areas show a clear orientation towards compliance and good governance;(3)Dimensions such as equity and sharing,as well as compliance and good governance,have a higher marginal contribution to the improvement of the overall territorial spatial health index.The territorial spatial health index can effectively reveal the differentiation characteristics and evolutionary patterns of the spatial health level of county-level units.Its conceptual definition,constituent dimensions,and evaluation methods preliminarily satisfy the current analytical needs for related issues,providing a scientific basis and quantitative support for accurately identifying spatial pathologies,formulating differentiated spatial-use control strategies,and enhancing the modernization of territorial spatial governance.关键词
