摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a content determination method of total C-geranylflavanones(TGFs)in Paulownia peel and optimize its extraction process.Methods A UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of TGFs in Pau-lownia peel was established.Furthermore,its extraction process of was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test,with the extrac-tion rate and purity of TGFs as the evaluation indicators.Besides,the ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction times and ethanol dosage were used as the inspecting factors.Results The extraction of Paulownia peel revealed the similar UV spectrum with a maximum absorption at λ 295 nm to that of diplacone,a reference substance obtained from Paulownia peel,and a good linear range was shown within the range of 0.005 to 0.038 mg·mL-1(R2=0.9994).The optimum extraction process was determined as follows:80%ethanol was used to extract for 1 times,0.5 h for each time,and the solid-liquid rati-o was 1∶10,the extraction rate and purity of TGFs were 26.60%and 62.70%respectively.By this extraction process,the content of TGFs in Paulownia peel harvested in May and Sep.was higher than those harvested in other months.Conclusion Content detection and optimized extraction methods of TGFs were all stable,reliable,and easily to obtain TGFs from Pau-lownia peel.The suitable harvested time for Paulownia fruits is in Sep.every year.
