大食物观下安徽省耕地生态安全评价及提升策略研究
Study on ecological security evaluation and promotion strategies of cultivated land in Anhui Province from the perspective of the greater food approach

Abstract
The cultivated land and food security constitute the foundation of human survival and development.Guided by the greater food approach,it is essential to protect cultivated land resources in a"trinity"way that includes quantity,quality,and ecological security.From the perspective of the greater food approach,this study establishes a comprehensive evaluation model for cultivated land ecological security and systematically assesses its level in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2022.The geospatial autocorrelation method is employed to analyze the spatial pattern of cultivated land ecological security across 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province.Furthermore,the obstacle degree model is applied to identify the key obstacle factors affecting cultivated land ecological security during the study period and explore their underlying mechanisms.The results demonstrate that:l)The comprehensive index of cultivated land ecological security in Anhui Province ranged from 0.4023 to 0.6432 during 2013-2022,indicating a relatively low overall security level but a sustained upward trend;2)The spatial agglomeration of cultivated land ecological security was insignificant in 2013 and 2018,whereas a pronounced spatial agglomeration pattern emerged in 2022;3)The primary obstacle factors for cultivated land ecological security during 2013-2017 were per capita net income of farmers,agricultural film load per unit cultivated land,and per capita grain yield,which were replaced by population density and urbanization rate after 2018.Accordingly,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the ecological protection and quality improvement of cultivated land in Anhui Province,including enhancing public awareness of cultivated land protection,improving the legal and regulatory system for cultivated land conservation,strengthening dynamic monitoring of cultivated land quality,optimizing territorial spatial planning layout,and implementing the ecological compensation mechanism for cultivated land.关键词
