Translation of three-dimensional fluorescence technology in pharmaceutical research
摘要
Abstract
Three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy,a novel spectral analysis technique that has rapidly developed in recent years,demonstrates unique application value in modern pharmaceutical research due to its capability of multidi-mensional spectral information acquisition and high-sensitive detection.By constructing excitation-emission matrix spectra,this technology enables synchronous acquisition of fluorescence emission characteristics under multiple excitation wave-lengths,thus achieving component analysis of complex drug systems.With its advantages of accuracy,rapidity,and non-de-structiveness,three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy shows promising application potential in fields such as drug iden-tification,quantitative analysis,detection of exogenous harmful substances,and pharmacological mechanism research.This paper reviewed the latest application advances of three-dimensional fluorescence technology in pharmaceutical research,deeply analyzed its advantageous characteristics,and forecastd its future development potential,aiming to provide theoretical references and technical guidance for the innovative application of this technology in the pharmaceutical field.关键词
