城乡融合发展背景下深汕特别合作区土地要素配置策略探析
Analysis of land element allocation strategies in Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone under the background of urban-rural integrated development

Abstract
Urban-rural integrated development is a new approach to promoting coordinated regional development.The Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone has provided a new model for balanced regional development.This paper focuses on the fact that land factors are an important support for regional high-quality development,and deeply analyzes the new driving forces for the urban-rural integrated development of the cooperation zone.It systematically reviews the current development status and land resource support conditions of the cooperation zone,and objectively analyzes the difficulties and challenges in optimizing the allocation of land factors in the cooperation zone.The research findings show that problems such as the manifestation of the"dilemma of supply and demand"in urban development carrying capacity,the land acquisition and resettlement for urban renewal and renovation,and the coordination of the interests of relevant parties,as well as the integration of urban-rural development and the alignment with policy mechanisms,will all constrain the development of the cooperation zone.Based on this,specific and targeted suggestions are proposed to adapt to the requirements of reform and development,improve the quality and efficiency of land factor allocation,improve the land acquisition and resettlement system and policy framework,and improve the planning and land use arrangement within the urban development boundary.This research can provide theoretical support and practical references for the optimization of land factor allocation and urban-rural integration in the cooperation zone.关键词
