冷凝因素对EGR冷却器结垢和换热性能特性影响综述
Review of the Influence of Condensation Factors on Fouling and Heat Transfer Characteristics of EGR Cooler

Abstract
Exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)coolers are widely used to reduce engine nitrogen ox-ides(NOx)emissions,but it is easy to foul in use,which affects its heat transfer and weakens its emission reduc-tion effect.Hydrocarbon conden-sation has an important influence on fouling and heat transfer perfor-mance of EGR cooler.In this paper,the effects of temperature,hydrocarbon concentration and hydrocar-bon composition on foul-ing characteristics and heat transfer performance of EGR cooler are reviewed from three factors affecting hydrocarbon condensation.The shortcomings of the existing research are analyzed,and the future research direction is put forward.关键词
