脑卒中高危人群药物素养自评量表的编制与信效度检验
Development of a self-rated medication literacy scale for stroke-prone population and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To develop a self-rated medication literacy scale for stroke-prone population and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The conceptual model of medication literacy was used as the theoretical framework.The self-rated medication literacy scale for stroke-prone population was formulated through literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,focus group discussions,Delphi expert consultations,and a preliminary survey.A total of 424 stroke-prone patients from a community and a tertiary grade A general hospital in Shijiazhuang city,Hebei province were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling.The reliability and validity were tested.Results:The self-rated medication literacy scale for stroke-prone population comprised 4 dimensions with a total of 24 items.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.940.The split-half reliability was 0.874.The test-retest reliability was 0.908.The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.83 to 1.00.The scale-level content validity index was 0.90.Exploratory factor analysis showed four common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 63.538%.Confirmatory factor analysis results indicated a stable factor structure for the scale.Conclusions:The developed self-rated medication literacy scale for stroke-prone population demonstrates good reliability and validity.It could serve as an effective self-assessment tool for evaluating medication literacy levels in stroke-prone population.关键词
