Abstract
The integrated course of digestive system,which is designed for the students of eight-year program of basic medical sci-ences at Peking University,is a complete knowledge system encompassing a range of foundational subjects from anatomy to clinical pa-thology,and it is jointly taught by a multidisciplinary team of faculty and clinical pathologists.This study systematically evaluates the teaching effectiveness of the integrated course.The authors analyzed the academic performance of 106 students and conducted a ques-tionnaire survey in 92 students;and the results showed that the course was widely recognized and demonstrated significant effectiveness in promoting knowledge integration and enhancing autonomous learning abilities.The study also identifies difficult points in teaching and the assessment system requires further optimization.The authors proposed targeted optimization strategies,including strengthening the visualization and case teaching of difficult modules,deepening the evaluation of scientific research and clinical thinking,etc.,provi-ding empirical evidence for the systematic construction of integrated courses of basic medicine.关键词
