Physicochemical Properties of Berberine and Its Application Progress in Livestock and Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
China has fully implemented an"antibiotic-free policy"in the livestock and poultry breeding industry,making the development of green feed resources a hot research topic.Berberine,a natural isoquino-line alkaloid extracted from herbs such as Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron chinense,exhibits antimicro-bial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties.Its natural origin and low risk of drug resistance align with the requirements of antibiotic-free farming.This paper introduces the sources,physicochemical properties and application progress of berberine in livestock and poultry production,aiming to provide a reference for its scientific and rational use in the animal husbandry industry.关键词
