摘要

Abstract

Prussian blue(PB)has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration(FDA)as a clinical drug with good biosafety.PB nanoparticles have garnered significant attention in the field of biomedicine due to their strong near-infrared absorption,paramagnetism,various enzyme-like activities,stable chemical properties,tunable pore size,and ease of functionalization.This paper reviews the applications of PB nanoparticles in anti-tumor research,including photothermal therapy,drug delivery,regulation of reactive oxygen species,and in vivo imaging.Additionally,the review highlights the critical roles of metal-doped PB nanoparticles and their recent advancements in enhancing photothermal efficiency,catalytic activity within the tumor microenvironment,and the efficiency of multimodal diagnosis and therapy.
