摘要
Abstract
This study focuses on the typical problem encountered during the operation of the waste heat boiler in a certain petrochemical hydrogen production plant, such as tube bundle leakage and abnormal increase in pressure drop in the medium conversion reactor.A multi-scale collaborative diagnosis is carried out to reveal the current bottlenecks that hinder the long-term operation of the hydrogen production industry.Through microscopic analysis of scale composition, mesoscopic calculation of flow velocity, and macroscopic data of equipment maintenance,it is clarified that potassium loss from the shift catalyst led to K2CO3 deposition in the waste heat boiler tube bundle, which, combined with low boiler feed water temperature causing wall condensation and insufficient flow velocity in the tube bundle, jointly induced under-deposit carbonate corrosion and brittle cracking at the tube orifice, ultimately resulting in the failure mechanism of tube bundle internal leakage.By replacing low-potassium catalyst, optimizing the tube bundle structure, and increasing the boiler water temperature, and outlet flow velocity of the waste heat boiler is increased to 11.3 m/s,and the corrosion rate of the tube bundle is reduced to below 0.05 mm/a,the pressure drop growth rate of the medium-temperature reactor decreased from 0.12 MPa/a to 0.005 MPa/a.The research results provide a systematic optimization solution for the long-term operation of the waste heat boiler in the hydrogen production device.关键词
