葛藤对雪峰乌骨鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫器官指数、血清生化指标和肉品质的影响
Effects of Pueraria Lobata on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance,Immune Organ Index,Serum Indicators and Meat Quality of Xuefeng Black Boned Chickens

Abstract
This study investigated the effects of different levels of Pueraria lobata on the growth perfor-mance,carcass traits,immune organ index,serum biochemical indicators and meat quality of Xuefeng black-boned chickens.A total of 120 3-week-old Xuefeng black bone chickens were randomly divided into four treatment groups with three replicates containing 10 birds each:the control group received a basal diet;the treatment groups received a basal diet with 3%,5%or 7%Pueraria lobata,respectively.Pretest period was 7 d and the feeding experiment lasted 60 d.The results indicated that Pueraria lobata had no significant effect on the growth performance,carcass traits,immune organ index,and serum biochemical indicators of Xuefeng black bone chickens(P>0.05).Compared to the control group,Pueraria lobata significantly increased the content of phenylalanine,essential amino acids,and umami amino acids in muscles,while reducing the content of histidine in muscles(P<0.05).Moreover,3%and 5%Pueraria lobata significantly increased the content of lysine in muscles compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the contents of Threonine and ala-nine in muscles were increased by Pueraria lobata addition(P<0.05).In summary,Pueraria lobata improved the amino acid composition in the pectoral muscles of Xuefeng black bone chickens,thereby enhancing meat quality.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal additive amount of Pueraria lobata in the diet of Xuefeng black bone chickens is 3%-5%.关键词
