摘要

Abstract

[Objective]As the role of railway transportation in the national economy becomes increasingly prominent,its safety and efficiency have become core concerns.Railway signaling equipment,as the"nervous system"of railway transportation,directly affects train operation safety and operational efficiency.For lines not equipped with comprehensive inspection trains,traditional manual inspection methods could hardly meet the development requirements of modern railway transportation due to limitations such as single functionality and low efficiency.[Methods]Therefore,a multifunctional intelligent railway signaling test system based on vehicle-rail-cloud collaboration technology was proposed,including modules such as a lithium-battery rail vehicle,track circuit signal detection,track circuit compensation capacitor detection,balise data detection,trackside equipment clearance detection,and onboard intelligent cloud data processing.The system realized functions such as the real-time acquisition,analysis,storage,transmission,and precise testing of railway signaling data,provided feedback on the equipment status,and simultaneously performed data storage and processing through the cloud.[Results]Field test results showed that the system operated stably at a speed of 15 km/h,the recognition accuracy reached 91.9%,the ranging error was less than 1%within 1~2 m,and the processing frame rate was 14~15 FPS,which could meet the real-time detection requirements of railway signaling equipment.[Conclusion]This system can comprehensively,efficiently,and accurately detect railway signaling equipment,overcome the limitation that existing detection systems rely on inspection trains,improve detection efficiency and accuracy,and provide a reliable guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of railways.
