血清ATF3、RIPK3、SGLT2水平与老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者NIHSS评分及疾病转归的相关性
The Correlation Between Serum ATF3,RIPK3 and SGLT2 Levels with NIHSS Score and Prognosis in Elderly Pa-tients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between serum activating transcription factor 3(ATF3),receptor inter-acting protein kinase 3(RIPK3),sodium glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT2)with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and prognosis in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods From January 2023 to January 2025,a total of 190 elderly AIS patients admitted to our hospital were included,and were assigned into a good prognosis group(n=136)and a poor prognosis group(n=54)according to the prognosis after treatment.ELISA was used to detect serum ATF3,RIPK3,and SGLT2 levels.General clinical data were collected and analyzed.Logistic regression was used to explore the influencing factors of prognosis.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to explore the predictive value of serum ATF3,RIPK3,and SGLT2 for prognosis in patients.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between ATF3,RIPK3,SGLT2 levels,and NIHSS score.Results Serum levels of ATF3,RIPK3,SGLT2,infarct size and NIHSS score in the poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in the good prognosis group(P＜0.05).Elevated levels of ATF3,RIPK3,SGLT2,infarct size,and NIHSS score were all independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients(P＜0.05).Serum ATF3,RIPK3,SGLT2 lev-els were positively correlated with NIHSS score(r=0.523,0.531,0.542,P＜0.05).The AUC of the combined detection of serum ATF3,RIPK3 and SGLT2 in predicting prognosis was significantly higher than that of each indicator alone(Z=3.248,P=0.001;Z=3.918,P＜0.001;Z=3.459,P=0.001).Conclusion Serum levels of ATF3,RIPK3,and SGLT2 are elevated in elderly AIS patients with poor prognosis.They are positively correlated with NIHSS score,and has certain predictive value for prognosis.关键词
