摘要
Abstract
To accurately analyze the load-bearing behavior of axle disc bolts during operation,a theoretical model was established to simulate traction and braking conditions.A combined bench test and simulation method was proposed to investigate the dynamic load-bearing behavior of axle disc bolts during acceleration and braking.Both experimental and simulation results indicate that,during accelerated rotation,the bolts are subjected to pure bending loads,which increase with rotational speed.Under braking conditions,the bolts experience axial tensile loads,as well as radial and circumferential bending loads,all of which increase with the increase of initial braking speed and temperature during braking.关键词
