Abstract
Objective To explore the practice process and application effect of paperless medical record archiving in hospitals.Methods Complete data of our hospital since the implementation of paperless medical record archiving were collected.The key measures during the implementation,including the construction of technical architecture and the optimization of work processes,were deeply analyzed.Its application effects in multiple dimensions such as improving work efficiency,reducing manage-ment costs,enhancing the quality of medical services,and ensuring information security were systematically evaluated.Results Paperless medical record archiving significantly improved the efficiency of medical work,effectively reduced management costs,and simultaneously enhanced the quality of medical services and the level of information security.Conclusion Paperless medical re-cord archiving is an important development direction of hospital medical record management.A phased implementation strategy should be formulated in combination with the actual situation of the hospital to contribute to the further development of medical in-formatization construction.关键词
