保元通脉胶囊改善PCI气虚血瘀证患者右心室纵向应变疗效研究
Study on therapeutic effect of Baoyuan Tongmai capsules on improving right ventricular longitudinal strain in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI

Abstract
Objective:To quantitatively evaluate value of Baoyuan Tongmai capsules in improving right ventricu-lar(RV)longitudinal strain in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after direct percutaneous coro-nary intervention(PCI)for acute anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)based on two-di-mensional speckle tracking imaging(2D-STI).Methods:82 patients with first acute anterior STEMI who underwent direct PCI were randomly divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(40 cases).Both groups were given standardized anticoagulation,antiplatelet aggregation,lipid regulation,coronary dilation,and myocardial nutri-tion treatment after the operation.The observation group was additionally treated with oral Baoyuan Tongmai cap-sules.2D-STI was used to compare and analyze the RV global longitudinal strain(RVGLS),RV global radial peak strain(RVGRS),RV endocardial longitudinal peak strain(RVGLSendo),longitudinal peak strain(LS)and its strain rate(LSR)of each segment of the RV free wall and interventricular septum during systole before and after treat-ment.Results:After treatment,RVGLS,RVGRS,and RVGLSendo in the observation group were significantly im-proved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LS of each segment of the RV free wall in the observation group was lower than that be-fore treatment,and the reduction in the middle and apical segments was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LS of the apical segment of the interventricular septum in the observation group was signifi-cantly lower than that before treatment,and better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LSR of the middle segment of the RV free wall and the basal segment of the interventricular septum in the observa-tion group was increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baoyuan Tongmai capsules can significantly improve RV function in patients with acute anterior STEMI after direct PCI.关键词
