杜仲补肾方治疗椎间盘退变性腰痛临床研究
Clinical study on treatment of lumbar pain caused by intervertebral disc degeneration with Duzhong Bushen formula

Abstract
Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of modified Duzhong Bushen formula in the treatment of lum-bar pain due to intervertebral disc degeneration.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of 98 patients with lumbar pain due to intervertebral disc degeneration.The patients were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(48 cases)based on different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with oral administration of Yaobitong capsules at a dose of 1.26 g each time,three times a day.The observation group was treated with modified Duzhong Bushen formula based on syndrome differentiation.Both groups were trea-ted for 8 weeks.The total clinical effective rate,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),in-terleukin-6(IL-6),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and the relative value of T2-weighted imaging signal intensity on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI-T2 WI)were compared before and after treatment.Clinical function scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain,oswestry disability index(ODI),and roland-morris disability questionnaire(RMDQ)were also evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that the control group 72.92%(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,ESR,and IL-6 levels decreased,while SOD levels increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS,ODI and RMDQ scores decreased in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The relative value of MRI-T2 WI signal in-tensity increased in both groups after treatment,and increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Duzhong Bushen formula can effectively relieve pain,improve functional status,inhibit inflammatory responses,and enhance antioxidant capacity in patients with lumbar pain due to intervertebral disc degeneration,demonstrating good clinical efficacy.关键词
