益气蠲饮方联合左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效研究
Study on therapeutic effect of Yiqi Juanyin formula combined with levosimendan on chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore intervention effects of Yiqi Juanyin formula and levosimendan on intervention of chronic heart failure(CHF),as well as their influences on patients'cardiac function and vascular endothelial func-tion.Methods:90 patients with CHF in hospital were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)based on random number table method.On the ba-sis of conventional treatment,the control group adopted levosimendan,while the test group adopted the combination of Yiqi Juanyin formula.After continuous intervention for one month,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,cardiac function,myocardial injury indicators,vascular endothelial function,total effective rate,exercise endurance and ad-verse reactionswere compared.Results:After medication,the test group had prominently lower creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK-MB),total syndrome score,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),cardiac troponin I(cT-nI),endothelin-1(ET-1),and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)than the control group(all P<0.05).The test group had prominently higher left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),nitric oxide(NO),6-minute walking distance(6 MWD),and cardiac output(CO)than the control group(all P<0.05).Comparing overall effec-tive rate,the test group was prominently higher than the control group(91.11%vs.75.56%),differences statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,and hypotension between the study group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of Yiqi Juanyin formula combined with levosimendan can effectively correct vascular endothelial function,enhance cardiac ejection abili-ty,inhibit disease progression,and promote the recovery of exercise endurance in CHF patients,moreover and better safy.关键词
