基于NSGA-Ⅱ的防排水板喷胶工艺参数优化研究
Study on optimization of glue spraying process parameters of waterproof and drainage board based on NSGA-Ⅱ

Abstract
To solve the problems of unstable spraying quality and large positional deviation caused by multi-parameter coupling in the spraying process of waterproof and drainage boards,a multi-objective optimization method based on NSGA-Ⅱ is proposed.Firstly,a coupled objective function model for spray adhesive quality,X-direction deviation,and Y-direction deviation was construc-ted.Secondly,five key parameters including hot melt adhesive pressure,compressed air pressure,production line speed,spray valve opening diameter,and spray valve opening and closing time were normalized.Finally,the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was used to optimize nine operating conditions,combined with fast non dominated sorting and congestion calculation to screen for Pareto optimal solutions.The experimental results show that the optimized spray adhesive quality is stable at(5±3)g,and the deviation in the X、Y direction is controlled within 0.45 mm,providing a parameter optimization framework for intelligent manufacturing of waterproof and drainage boards.At the same time,after implementing this method,the scrap rate decreased by 20%and the production efficiency increased by 15%,which has significant engineering application value.关键词
