胞质类受体激酶响应植物低温应答的分子机制研究进展
Advances in molecular mechanisms of plant receptor-like cytoplasmic kinases in response to cold stress
摘要
Abstract
As global warming progresses,extreme low-temperature events are increasingly threatening agricultural production.Although considerable advances have been made in elucidating the downstream components of low-temperature signal transduction in plants,the upstream mechanisms underlying cold perception remain poorly defined.Receptor-like cytoplasmic kinases(RLCKs),which possess an intracellular kinase domain but lack extracellular and transmembrane domains,are widely involved in plant growth,development,and responses to biotic and abiotic stresses.This review outlines recent progress in understanding plant low-temperature signaling,with an emphasis on emerging evidence that implicates RLCKs in cold signal perception and their integration with other signaling pathways to coordinate cold stress responses.We also propose several open questions concerning RLCK-mediated cold acclimation,which may guide future research and inform the molecular design of cold-tolerant germplasm through modular breeding strategies.关键词
