健康中国背景下甘肃省经济-环境-居民健康协调发展研究
Coordinated development of economy,environment,and public health in Gansu Province under the healthy China initiative

Abstract
This study utilized the coupling coordination degree model and the obstacle degree model to analyze the spatio-temporal characteristics,obstacle factors,and optimization paths of the coupling coordination relationship among economy,environment,and residents'health in Gansu Province,an inland province in northwest China,from 2010 to 2022.The results demonstrate that the overall coupling coordination degree of the whole province shows a steady upward trend.The coordination level shifts from being mainly"on the verge of imbalance"to mainly"primary coordination".The evolution process changs from"polarization"to"convergence and agglomeration",with obvious spatial gradient characteristics,and the solidification of regional differences still persists.The analysis of obstacle factors reveals that the common main controlling obstacles to the coordinated development of the three systems in various cities and prefectures are ecological efficiency,economic scale,and security services.The total industrial output value and the comprehensive utilization amount of general industrial solid waste becomes the biggest obstacles,which can counter to the"green development"orientation of Healthy China.The insufficient coverage of urban and rural medical insurance and maternity insurance indicats the gap between the health security system and the goal of"universal coverage".Based on the principle of"giving priority to addressing weaknesses",a differentiated development path of"one category,one policy"is proposed.关键词
