Determination of Fluoride in Rosin-Based Flux by Ion Selective Electrode Method
摘要
Abstract
An analytical method for the determination of fluoride content in rosin-based flux by ion selective electrode method was established.Experiments were carried out on sample weight,decomposition temperature,solvent dosage,total ionic strength adjuster dosage,electrode stabilization time and interference of common coexisting ions.The results show that the determination range of the method is 0.1％～4.0％,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)is 1.66％～2.08％,and the recovery rates of standard addition are 95.2％～104.0％.The results are consistent with those by ion chromatography,indicating that the method is suitable for the determination of fluoride content in flux.关键词
