Abstract
The compilation of"Ecological and Environmental Code"marks that China's environmental le-gal system has entered a new stage of systematization and coordination,which has had a profound impact on the traditional high-energy consumption and high-pollution textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries industry.The law code restructured the environmental regulatory logic and established systems such as mandatory source control of toxic and harmful chemical substances,pollutant discharge permit and dual control of carbon emis-sions,which greatly tightened the compliance boundaries of the industry.At present,dyeing additives enter-prises are facing multiple real-world challenges such as the obstruction of green alternative technologies,high compliance research and development costs,the lack of basic data for the declaration of new chemical sub-stances,and the limitations of carbon reduction accounting in the industrial chain collaboration.To adapt to the strict admission requirements of the law code,it is urgent to establish a pre-emptive prevention system for ecological risk assessment covering the entire life cycle,accelerate the core technology research and develop-ment of non-toxic and harmless cutting-edge green additives,and focus on building a chemical information sharing and traceability data platform that integrates upstream and downstream.To comprehensively enhance the legal response level of environmental admission,it is an inevitable choice to promote the textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries industry to overcome ecological trade barriers and achieve high-quality development.关键词
