Abstract
Aiming at the technical difficulties of online repair for bottom damage in 400 kA center-fed prebaked aluminum reduction cells,an online repair technology without cell shutdown or power cut was studied.Through multi-parameter analysis of cathode current distribution,cell bottom temperature and primary aluminum iron content,an accurate positioning method for cell bottom damage was established,and the repair material ratio and process parameters were optimized.Industrial application results show that compared with the traditional repair process,the cell bottom voltage drop is reduced by 50%;operating voltage is decreased by 50%;This technology effectively prolongs the service life of damaged cells and provides a technical reference for the safe and efficient operation of large prebaked cells.关键词
