小麦ARF基因家族全基因组鉴定及其在花发育中的潜在功能分析
Genome-wide identification of ARF gene family in wheat and analysis of its potential functions in flower development

Abstract
[Objective]Auxin Response Factors(ARFs)are key transcription factors in the auxin signaling pathway and play essential regula-tory roles in the differentiation and morphogenesis of floral organs in plants.The present study aimed to systematically identify the members of the ARF gene family members in wheat and explore their potential roles in floral organ development.[Method]Based on the wheat reference genome,we performed genome-wide identification and bioinformatics analysis of TaARF genes,including analyses of phylogenetic relation-ships,structural characteristics,collinearity and cis-acting elements.We further analyzed their expression patterns in stamens(S),pistils(P)and pistillody stamens(PS)of the HTS-1 mutant using RNA-Seq and qRT-PCR,constructed a protein-protein interaction network,and con-ducted Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment analysis.[Result]A total of 89 TaARF genes were identified,distributed across 18 chromosomes,with the highest density on chromosome 7 A.Phylogenetic analysis classified them into six subfamilies,and members within the same subfamily sharing highly conserved domains,motifs and gene structures.Collinearity analysis revealed that most TaARF genes expanded through segmen-tal duplication and were highly conserved among monocots.Combined analysis of RNA-Seq and qRT-PCR screened out 16 TaARF genes with significantly differential expression among P,S and PS,suggesting their involvement in pistil-stamen differentiation and homeotic conversion.The interaction network and GO enrichment analysis further indicated that some TaARF genes may collaboratively regulate floral organ devel-opment.[Conclusion]The study systematically analyzes the composition,structure and expression characteristics of the TaARF gene family,clarifies their potential roles in wheat floral organ differentiation,and offers theoretical basis and candidate gene resources for revealing the regulation of wheat reproductive development by the auxin signaling.关键词
