Current Status of Standardization of Microplastic Detection Methods

Abstract
As a new type of environmental pollutant,microplastics have attracted global attention along with antibiotics,perfluorinated compounds and endocrine disruptors.The detection of microplastics is a complex process involving multiple key steps,and the standardization of each step is crucial.Since microplastics came into public view in 2004,remarkable progress has been made in standardization work over the past 20 years,and the basic framework of sampling equipment,pretreatment and mainstream instrumental analysis technical specifications has been established in some fields.In order to understand the current status and challenges of the standardization of microplastics detection,this paper systematically reviews the standardization status of microplastics detection methods of ISO,ASTM and China,makes a comparative analysis,and expounds on some current challenges.关键词
