Abstract
The portrayal of Guan Yu in the Puxian opera Sanguo showcases distinctly regional culture characteristics.This kind of operas not only preserve the story of Guan Yu before the Peach Orchard Alliance,but also present his qualities of loyalty,righteousness,bravery,and ferocity in a unique way through its distinctive narrative style.Influenced by local dialects,proverbs,religious beliefs,and the culture of the imperial examinations,the narrative strategy of the Puxian opera Sanguo is based on folk narrative,incorporating literati narrative with a refined aesthetic taste,and formed a unique,combined narrative mode.关键词
