贝克认知行为疗法在涉罪未成年人司法社会工作中的应用
Application of Beck's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Judicial Social Work Involving Juvenile Offenders:A Case Study of Assistance and Education of Xiao L

Abstract
Juvenile delinquency has become a widely concerned social issue.Although the conditional non-prosecution system provides an opportunity for juvenile offenders to reform themselves,existing institutional practices have problems such as insufficient professionalism and the process being a mere formality.This study adopts a case study method,taking juvenile offender Xiao L as the research object,and uses Beck's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to construct a three-stage intervention framework of"automatic thoughts-intermediate beliefs-core beliefs".Through techniques such as scenario reproduction,Socratic questioning,and behavioral experiments,negative beliefs such as Xiao L's core belief of"I am worthless"and intermediate belief of"making mistakes will lead to rejection"were identified and corrected.At the same time,behavioral training and emotional counseling were carried out.The final evaluation showed that Xiao L has achieved significant improvements in behavioral norms,emotional management,and cognitive restructuring,with positive changes in core beliefs and no recurrence of offenses.This study verifies the applicability of Beck's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the judicial work involving juvenile offenders,constructs an operable intervention path,and provides practical reference and theoretical support for improving the correction system for juvenile offenders.关键词
