摘要
Abstract
This study examines the produced water treatment process of a gas field in Western China,addressing challenges such as high mineralization,high oil content,and insufficient treatment capacity.It systematically explores the technical pathways and economic feasibility of harmless treatment and resource utilization.By comparing technical solutions-including on-site reinjection,cross-regional adjustment,and compliant discharge-and incorporating innovative directions like alkali production,lithium extraction,and photovoltaic-green hydrogen synergy,a"reduction-resource utilization-harmlessness"integrated management system is proposed.The results indicate that coordinated implementation of these strategies significantly enhances economic benefits(IRR≥22%)and reduces carbon emissions(replacing 160 million kW·h of thermal power annually),providing theoretical and practical support for green gas field development.关键词
