当归芍药散加味联合低分子肝素治疗非典型抗磷脂综合征致复发性流产临床研究
Clinical Study on Modified Danggui Shaoyao San Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Caused by Non-criteria Obstetric Antiphospholipid Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Danggui Shaoyao San combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)caused by non-criteria obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome.Methods:Sixty RSA patients with non-criteria obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome admitted to Wenzhou TCM Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from February 2023 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the trial group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin,while the trial group received modified Danggui Shaoyao San in addition to the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated until 12 weeks of gestation.Clinical efficacy,thromboelastography parameters,pregnancy outcomes,and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the trial group was 93.33%(28/30),higher than that of 73.33%(22/30)in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the blood clotting time(K)and reaction time(R)were prolonged,and the maximum amplitude(MA)was reduced compared to before treatment in both groups(P＜0.05);moreover,the K and R in the trial group were longer than those in the control group,and the MA was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the trial group was 16.67%(5/30),lower than that of 40.00%(12/30)in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Modified Danggui Shaoyao San combined with low molecular weight heparin is significantly effective in the treatment of RSA caused by non-criteria obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome,can improve thromboelastography parameters and pregnancy outcomes,and has high safety.关键词
