加味过敏煎联合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪犯肺证临床研究
Clinical Study on Modified Guomin Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application for Cough Variant Asthma with Pathogenic Wind Invading Lung Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Guomin Decoction combined with acupoint application for cough variant asthma(CVA)with pathogenic wind invading lung syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 CVA patients admitted to Changxing County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Finally,there were 38 cases in the observation group completed the trial(1 case excluded,1 case dropped out),and there were 37 cases in the control group completed the trial(2 cases excluded,1 case dropped out).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Guomin Decoction combined with acupoint application based on the treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lung function indexes[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],airway hyperresponsiveness indexes[eosinophils(EOS),fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),serum immunoglobulin-E(IgE)]were compared between the two groups,and the treatment safety was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 94.74%(36/38)in the observation group,higher than that of 78.38%(29/37)in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores and total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the symptom scores and total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC,and PEF in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels of FEV1,FVC,and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of EOS,IgE,and FeNO in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels of EOS,IgE,and FeNO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination use of modified Guomin Decoction and acupoint application has a significant curative effect on CVA patients,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve lung function,and reduce airway hyperresponsiveness with fewer adverse reactions.关键词
