Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Xiaocuo Prescription combined with conventional western medicine in treating acne of wind-heat of lung channel type.Methods:A total of 85 patients with acne of wind-heat of lung channel type,admitted to the Department of Dermatology at Yuhuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to January 2025,were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 43 and 42 cases,respectively.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Xiaocuo Prescription combined with conventional western medicine.Both groups received continuous treatment for four weeks.Clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)scores,skin sebum levels,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions was also recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 90.48%(38/42)in the observation group,higher than that of 69.77%(30/43)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,GAGS scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and skin sebum levels decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with lower GAGS scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and skin sebum levels in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Xiaocuo Prescription combined with conventional western medicine can promote the regression of skin lesions,reduce skin sebum levels,improve clinical efficacy,and demonstrate good safety in treating acne of wind-heat of lung channel type.关键词
