Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)loose thread-drawing surgery in patients with anal fissure.Methods A total of 120 patients with anal fissure who were treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anal fissure resection,while the experimental group was treated with TCM loose thread-drawing technique.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score for pain,Wexner constipation score,anorectal dynamic indicators[anal maximum contrac-tion pressure(AMCP),anal longest contraction time(ALCT),rectal resting pressure(RRP),anal resting pressure(ARP)],Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score before operation and 4 weeks after operation,as well as the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before operation,there were no significant differences in VAS score,Wexner constipation score,anorectal dynamic indicators and PSQI score between the two groups(0.05).Four weeks after operation,the VAS score,Wexner constipation score and PSQI score of both groups were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.001),and the above scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Four weeks after operation,AMCP and ALCT of both groups were higher than those before operation(P<0.05),which were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).RRP and ARP of both groups were lower than those before operation(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.001).The total inci-dence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM loose thread-drawing technique can effectively relieve postoperative pain,improve constipation symptoms,promote the recovery of anorectal dynamics,reduce the risk of complications,and improve sleep quality in patients with anal fissure,which has high clinical popularization and application value.关键词
