Research Progress on the Regulatory Role of Minerals and Vitamins on Meat Quality of Poultry and Livestock
摘要
Abstract
There are many factors affecting the meat quality of livestock and poultry,such as breed,age,growing environment and nutrition,et al.Minerals and vitamins are crucial nutrients that exert the most direct influence on meat quality.However,due to immature technological development and improper utilization,they can easily cause environmental pollution,declining meat quality,and production waste.Clarifying the regulatory mechanisms of minerals and vitamins on meat quality is vital for enhancing meat quality.Therefore,based on the latest researches in recent years,this paper reveals and summarizes the regulatory mechanisms of minerals and vitamins on the meat quality of livestock and poultry to provide strong support for the further production of high-quality meat products.关键词
