组学技术在奶牛繁殖性状研究中的应用研究进展
Advances in Omics Technology and Its Application in the Study on Reproductive Traits of Dairy Cows
摘要
Abstract
Reproductive efficiency of dairy cows directly affects the economic efficiency and sustainable development of dairy farms.For a long time,people have been overly concerned about the high milk production of dairy cows,resulting in a negative energy balance of the cow's organism and a decline in reproductive performance.With the rapid development of China's animal husbandry,improving dairy cow fertility has become a key research focus in the industry.However,traditional research methods exhibit limitations in deciphering the complex genetic and physiological mechanisms underlying bovine reproductive traits,while in the post-genomic era,genomics,epigenomics,transcriptomics,proteomics and metabolomics and other omics technologies have become powerful tools for in-depth studies on dairy cattle reproduction traits by virtue of their advantages of high throughput,high sensitivity and systematicity.This review summarizes the applications of omics technologies in studying dairy cow reproductive traits,providing insights for breeding research and genetic improvement to advance the dairy industry.关键词
